Job Description:Business OverviewRetirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) serves the core financial needs of individual clients and plan participants by providing best in class, integrated products in the most intuitive, efficient and client friendly way while maintaining a forward thinking mindset and risk management focus. RPWS is responsible for both the institutional and personal retirement capability set to include 401(k), Equity and Health Benefit plans for companies of all sizes as well as college savings, personal retirement planning, retirement income, insurance and estate planning for individuals. RPWS also provides tools and content that enables advisors and bankers to help their client's live their best financial lives.Job Description:The financial wellness specialist delivers employer benefit and financial wellness education to employees of employers through webinars, seminars and one-on-one consultations. They display a high level of expertise and confidence in the overall subject matter of retirement, savings and investing which includes employer financial benefits: DC, DB, Equity, Health Benefit Savings plans. FWS are able to engage participants in a life priorities-based conversation and, if appropriate, potentially introduce the opportunity to expand their relationship with Edge, Advisory or Consumer.Primary Responsibilities:Deliver education to employees through seminars and one-on-one consultations. Topics include: Retirement, Budgeting, Education Planning as well as Retirement Plan Utilization.Tailor presentation style the audience and company culture by preparing for all meetings in advance and understand audience; culture of company, employee demographics, etc.Report on attendance, intentions, and employer feedbackPrimarily facilitate events in local markets but willingness to travel nationwide as client needs requireHelp employees maximize the benefits of their plan while addressing broader financial priorities and providing an implementation plan, as needed. Demonstrate empathy for the individual and their situation; provide direction as to the resources they have access to and actions they could takeCollaborate with Engagement Consultants on strategies for effective delivery of client events (i.e. in person meetings, webinars, benefit fairs, etc.) report on employer and employee feedbackRemain up to date on current events and legislative and regulatory issues.Be cognizant of industry trends; proposed and final regulations as well as current events to be able to discuss with clients or seminar attendeesSupport multiple enterprise initiatives by encouraging meeting participants to take action with effective presentation and consultation tacticsRequirements:Seasoned professional with expert knowledge of the retirement business at 5-7 years experienceBachelors degree required, along with professional designations in investments, or benefits; Series 7 and Series 66 (or ability to obtain within 120 days); 63 & 65 are acceptable in lieu of 66Professional presentation skills and meeting management skillsKnowledge of DC, DB, NQ, EQ, HBS plan design and servicesCustomer-service orientedFrequent travel locally and nationwide (80%)Flexibility with scheduleSelf-starter with ability to work with minimal hands-on directionShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
