Location: Brea, CA
Salary: $60,000.00 USD Annually - $75,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Staff Accountant On site in Brea, CA - Direct-hire/Perm This job will have the following responsibilities:

---Accounts Payable oCosting / Vouching trade invoices oWeekly check runs oNon-trade invoice posting (coding to GL) o1099's ---Inventory oReceive inventory oProcess warehouse transfers and drop ships oProcess Product returns oProcess cycle counts ---Assist with month end close oJournal entries oVariance analysis ---GL Account Reconciliations oCash oAR oFixed Assets oAccruals ---Rebate Administration osubmit, post, reconcile and adjust as needed ---Accounts Receivable oApply customer payments oSet up new accounts ---Compliance oAssist with sales tax return preparation oBusiness license renewals oAssist with 571-L property tax return preparation Education/Experience/Skills: Experience with ERP (Acumatica) would be a plus as we will be changing ERPs next year.
