  • Perform various general accounting functions, including accounts payable and treasury tasks.
  • Prepare month-end balance sheet reconciliations for the business unit, such as cash, accounts receivable, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accounts payable, and accrued expenses.
  • Record monthly journal entries and maintain schedules for fixed assets and prepaid expenses.
  • Reconcile inter-company activity for select business units.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, providing necessary data and reporting for assigned areas.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
    • 2-4 years of experience in public accounting or general accounting function required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products, particularly strong Excel skills.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and proven ability to pay sharp attention to detail.
    • Prior experience with Oracle or similar ERP system preferred.
