Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Analyst I to join their
Fiscal Services team.
Key Responsibilities
Complete monthly financial management reports and analyze
variations in forecasts and actual performance
Assist in preparing financial reports and ensure compliance with
applicable procedures and regulations
Identify areas of poor performance and make recommendations to
upper management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
No prior experience required
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables
Knowledge of State Comptrollers guidelines regarding capital
expenses is a plus
Detail-oriented with a focus on financial analysis and
reporting
