Job Description:
A company is looking for a Property Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Compiles and analyzes financial information for accounting reports
and makes journal entries
Reviews budget, revenue, and accounting documents, resolving
discrepancies as necessary
Performs bank reconciliations and coordinates accounting control
procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or
related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in accounting or financial
settings
Demonstrated application of generally accepted accounting
principles (GAAP)
Proactive, self-directed, and highly motivated with effective time
management skills
