Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Finance & Operations
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance SaaS metrics and dashboards, including ARR
waterfall and retention cohorts
Conduct forecasting, scenario planning, and support audit
preparations
Streamline operations processes and document standard operating
procedures
Required Qualifications
4-6 years in high-growth B2B SaaS FP&A/BizOps with ownership of
ARR waterfall and retention analytics
Fluency in SaaS definitions and ability to teach them to
non-finance peers
Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets/SQL; familiarity with Python
or R is a plus
Experience with BI or FP&A tools like Looker, Power BI, or
Tableau
Proven ability to build processes that automate reports or redesign
workflows for efficiency
