A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Structured Finance
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Research macro trends in the renewable energy sector and draft
concept notes for capital raising efforts
Drive efficient deal processes and manage due diligence requests,
building financial models for transactions
Support senior leadership with financial modeling and presentations
for capital raises and investor updates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, or a related
field
4-6 years of experience in structured finance, trade credit, or
fintech lending
Expertise in Excel financial modeling for complex transactions
Experience with due diligence for capital raises in the renewable
energy sector
Familiarity with DFIs and impact funds in emerging markets
transactions
