Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Site Contract Manager
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for the timely preparation and execution of Clinical
Study Agreements (CSAs), Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements
(CDAs), and associated vendor agreements
Negotiate agreements with investigator sites and provide input for
updates to legal and budget playbooks
Lead process improvement projects and mentor junior staff within
the Contract Management function
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; a Health Care,
business, legal, or scientific discipline preferred
At least 5 years of experience in Clinical Research and/or
contract/budget management
Experience in cross-functional interactions and working within a
global environment
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work
independently
Experience in financial, budget, cost management/analysis,
accounting, and/or financial planning is desirable
