Job Description Financial & Cost Accounting duties include:

• Review and supervise daily financial accounting postings
• Process monthly closing for cost accounting and financial reports after closing
• Prepare monthly COGM report and perform cost analysis
• Review master data in the system and support production and SCM teams with maintaining data integrity in such documents as material master, BOM, and routing
• Process and supervise Standard Price setup on a monthly basis
• Setup transfer prices review standard price for new items and COGM for existing items
• Provide estimated COGM for pricing of new items in performing pricing analysis
• Adhere to ad-hoc reports requests from by multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Process and upload financial data to IFRS portal quarterly for consolidated financial statement in accordance with IFRS standard
• Follow up with yearly accounting audit conducted by 3rd party auditor and other tax consultants for filing of federal and state income tax return
• Prepare and file use tax return on a quarterly basis and maintain organized records
• Manage assets and expenses
• Supervise and support with all other administrative work for production (licenses, permit, & insurance)
• Support, consult, and advise on operational procedures and system use for production, SCM, and other cross-functional teams
• Other duties as assignedBasic Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in a related discipline
  • Associates Degree in a related discipline and a minimum of 3 years of experiencePreferred Qualifications
    • Bilingual in English & Korean
    • Prior experience working with food manufacturing facilities
    • General working knowledge of financial accounting as well as cost accounting at a manufacturing facility
