Job Description:
A company is looking for a Salesforce Admin - Product
Implementation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Perform product installations and configurations in Salesforce
customer environments
Troubleshoot installation issues and collaborate with internal
technical teams to resolve blockers
Continuously evaluate and improve the product installation process,
identifying areas for efficiency and quality improvement
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Knowledge and hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service
Cloud
Experience using Jira for task management and project tracking
Proactive mindset, a self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't
wait for direction
Passion for customer experience with a strong desire to develop
into a team lead role
