Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Digital Marketer to manage
and optimize CRM programs and support digital marketing
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage CRM programs, including campaign execution and
automated flows
Develop engaging content for digital platforms such as email, SMS,
web, and social media
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for
continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,
or equivalent experience
Knowledge of the bike and outdoor industries is a plus
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo
Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking and reporting
Understanding of front-end UX and its impact on user engagement
