one. This directly helps you get exposure to real-world challenges
and helps build your insight faster and more competitively. What
Customer Care Representative Do: Be the first point of contact for
customers in-person, resolving inquiries with professionalism and
empathy. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Frontier
internet, phone, or TV services, walking customers through
technical steps clearly and calmly. Provide account support,
including billing questions, plan upgrades, payments, and service
adjustments. Promote new services and offers tailored to customer
needs; upsell with integrity and confidence. Document each
interaction clearly and accurately in our system to ensure smooth
follow-up and accountability. Collaborate across departments to
escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain
up-to-date knowledge of Frontier products, promotions, procedures,
and service policies. What Customer Care Representative Need: High
school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree a plus)
6 months of customer service experience preferred Strong written
and verbal communication skills Patience and positivity even under
pressure Basic technical troubleshooting skills (we’ll train you on
the rest!) Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends,
or holidays
