Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
credentialed bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is sought
for an independent education evaluation of a 3rd-grade student.
This per diem contract position is based in Palmdale, CA, and
serves early childhood through elementary school-aged children. Key
Qualifications and Skills: Valid Speech-Language Pathology
certification (CCC-SLP) and school-based SLP experience Bilingual
proficiency to effectively communicate and evaluate in multiple
languages Experience working within pediatric and school settings,
including early childhood and elementary school evaluations Ability
to conduct independent education evaluations with thorough, clear
reporting Familiarity with school-based special education processes
and documentation standards Location: Palmdale, California
Responsibilities: Conduct a comprehensive independent education
evaluation for one 3rd-grade student Assess speech, language, and
communication skills using culturally and linguistically
appropriate tools Collaborate with school personnel and parents as
needed during the evaluation process Prepare detailed evaluation
reports with clear recommendations for educational interventions
