Senior Hardware Engineer to lead troubleshooting efforts for
complex RF electronic systems during production validation. This
role requires deep technical expertise to diagnose and resolve
failures in sophisticated multi-band communication and sensor
systems. Key Responsibilities Lead root cause analysis for units
failing production test procedures Diagnose complex failures in
multi-band RF systems (up to 6 RF bands) Troubleshoot high-power RF
transmission circuits and power amplifier stages Analyze failures
in sensor integration subsystems including passive detection arrays
Interface with design engineering to identify and resolve systemic
issues Develop and implement production test improvements and yield
enhancement strategies Create detailed failure analysis reports and
recommend design or process modifications Support validation of
engineering change orders (ECOs) on the production line Mentor
production test technicians and junior engineers Coordinate with
supply chain on component-level quality issues Required
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
(Master's preferred) 7 years of hardware engineering experience
with emphasis on production test and failure analysis Strong
background in RF circuit design and troubleshooting Experience with
high-power RF systems and amplifier design Proficiency with RF test
equipment (network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal
generators) Demonstrated ability to perform board-level and
component-level diagnosis Experience with sensor systems and signal
processing hardware Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Skills Experience with AI/ML-enabled sensor systems
Knowledge of Software Defined Radio (SDR) architectures Familiarity
with thermal analysis and power integrity Experience with
portable/battery-powered defense systems Background in
electromagnetic warfare or electronic countermeasure systems
Proficiency with lab tools including thermal imaging, logic
analyzers, and protocol analyzers Experience with reliability
testing and HALT/HASS methodologies Salary Range:
$120,000-$140,000/K The actual salary offered is dependent on
various factors including, but not limited to, location, the
candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications,
