eager to learn. As a Sentinel® Radar Systems Engineer, you will
participate in challenging multi-disciplinary work consisting of:
Radar Development Modeling, Simulation and Analysis Integration &
Test of Radar Hardware and Software Flight Tests and Performance
Analysis Radar System Sell-Off What You will Do Responsible for the
development and implementation of radar requirements Create high
fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance
assessment, and flight test support Responsible for the development
and implementation of modeling solutions, and subsequently conduct
trade studies and evaluation of system and subsystem performance
Work in a team environment, receiving inputs from the team
supervisors and providing guidance and/or direction to other team
members Support hands-on operational Integration and Test at the
Fullerton Test Site Support flight tests and analyze collected data
to evaluate radar performance Support CONUS and OCONUS radar system
sell-off to the customer Ability to travel ~10% Qualifications You
Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science,
Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of two
(2) years of prior relevant experience Experience working with
object-oriented software design in C++, C, and using MATLAB or
Python for evaluation of data sets Experience in modeling,
simulation, statistics, or analysis for engineering solutions
Experience in System Integration & Test of hardware and software
Qualifications We Prefer Advanced Degree in Engineering, Science,
Mathematics, or related STEM degree Experience working on a team
and by yourself, interfacing with multiple engineering disciplines
and developing and presenting technical briefings Experience with
radar design, modeling/simulation, hardware/software integration,
test and verification Experience using UNIX/Linux based
workstations and using Software Configuration Management tools
Course work or experience in some of the following fields: radar,
signal & image processing, radar and/or EO/IR environment models,
digital communications, probability and statistics, linear algebra,
estimation theory, optimal control, system architecture What We

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily
onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as
they are essential to the development of our products. This
position is located onsite in Fullerton, CA. As part of our
commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may

designated as on-site, hybrid or remote. The salary range for this
role is 75,800 USD - 144,200 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
considers several factors when extending an offer, including but
not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities,
a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and
