Our flagship brand has become the market leader in the Health and Sports IndustryDescriptionThis position is responsible for the S&OP process, forecasting, reporting/analysis, and continuous improvement in these areas. Through facilitation and interaction with executives, directors, and planners in all functions, it is responsible for ensuring the content for S&OP meetings are prepared, analyzed and completed in a timely and high-quality manner. Using standardized problem solving, it participates in and leads corrective action teams to assist in continuous improvement initiatives that drive the S&OP process to the next level of maturity.Profile* Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, logistics, finance or business administration required.* 5+ years of Supply Chain experience.* Experience interacting with Sr. Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Sales.* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.* Attention to detail necessary to ensure quality work as well as analytical, follow through and organizational skills.* Ability to manage a team as well as multiple, concurrent tasks to meet strict deadlines.* Must have great communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written, in order to communicate with all levels of employees, suppliers, and customers (internal/external).* Able to meet deadlines, follow through on commitments and deliver on promises.* Able to take broad thinking around business issues and apply to company strategies.* Desire to strive for continuous growth and improvement.* Self-starter that is resourceful and can work autonomously.* Ability to readily and frequently collaborate with others.* Able to manage time and territory effectively.* Drive to establish high standards of performance for self and others.* Excellent organizational and time management skills.Job OfferGreat Benefits.
