Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four year College or university
with a focus in business, communications, marketing or equivalent
1+ years experience in a customer service, account management, or
similar role, preferably at an advertising or media company dealing
with digital products and can demonstrate superior customer
service, and relationship building knowledge and skill.
Demonstrated knowledge of the benefits of, and proven ability to
apply best practices of, on line marketing for small business and
associated tactics such as website design/creation, blogging, email
marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, online Business Directory Listings,
display advertising, social media, and online classifieds.
Google Ad Words certifications preferred.
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Superior command of the English language, both written and verbal
including grammar, punctuation, and spelling preferred.
