Check out this opportunity to join us:WHO WE NEED:The Mobile App Project Manager is responsible for ongoing maintenance, performance, and operation of our iOS and Android app.The Mobile App Project Manager will manage an engineering team based in China and help build out a team in the US. They will be responsible for the success and ongoing maintenance of the app and will be required to track and manage ongoing bugs, new features, and more.This role will be on a hybrid remote schedule and can work remotely and will report to the Brea, CA office as needed.Reporting to the Director of Technology, the Mobile App Project Manager is responsible for the following:Manage all aspects of multiple concurrent projects including scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation relating to the iOS and Android Avent apps.Analyze business requirements, negotiate scope, execute project plans and develop functional requirementsFrame technical solutions/options and negotiate business acceptanceWHAT YOU'LL BRING:3-5 years' experience in mobile app managementNo coding experience necessary but have a high level understanding of technology and software engineeringHighly accountable and responsible.Able to manage remote teams and work with teams located overseas.Excellent organizational, tracking skills, and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills - both business facing and Engineering.Self-starting, self-motivated, self-directed, and self-sufficientOutstanding communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organizationStrong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings)Strong technical proficiency, especially relating to mobile applications, web applications and development, systems integration, and product release and support requirementsMust be able to grasp issues quickly and while factoring in technical dependencies and system limitations, make educated decisions in the absence of complete informationKEYS TO SUCCESS:DATA DRIVEN - you thrive on data and use it to guide your decision making, recommendations, and priorities.NIMBLE - you can work in ambiguity and are committed to helping Aventon level up.
