Senior Manager, HealthSight Region Marketing (Remote) Job
Description SummaryThis role will lead the downstream commercial
market coordination and execution for HealthSight solutions focused
on driving adoption and confirming successful delivery. This role
will drive the enterprise solution approach as measured by
committed contracts, competitive conversions, sales revenue,
profitability, customer adoption and satisfaction. This role will
have/develop deep working knowledge of their HealthSight product
category and be able to demonstrate key features and describe
customer benefits while also presenting its contribution to the
Connected Medication Management (CMM) infrastructure. The position
reports to the Senior Manager, HealthSight US Region Marketing and
will require close cross functional collaboration across platforms
and global customer service. Job Description Be part of something

health issues. RESPONSIBILITIES: Market intelligence & buying
process -be the expert on the buyer, the role they play in the
buying process, how they buy and their key buying criteria, and
who/what will influence their decision Understand the competitive
landscape-be an expert on competition and how they are positioned.
Develop competitive sales strategies and tools that drive
competitive conversions and retention In conjunction with the CMM /
HealthSight team, execute on the marketing plan for the overall
solution you support, including specific product elements as needed
with key activities and budgets to support the retention of
existing customers and the acquisition of new customers Partner
with Sales and Commercial organization to achieve assigned
portfolio goals and targets Create the market plans and manage the
cross-functional implementation of the plan. Responsibilities
include: Develop strategic roadmap including "Where to Play" and
"How to Win" for the portfolio assigned Define commercialization
goals, objectives, success criteria and metrics and measure results
Identify market segments and value offer/positioning Execute market
shaping activities as appropriate Develop sales training plan in
collaboration with Sales Training team Collaborate with contracts
and platform teams to ensure that operational requirements are met
prior to launch Collaborate with internal teams to develop support
tools/processes to increase sales productivity and effectiveness in
field Collaborate with peers in product management, marketing
communications, and sales to develop product positioning and
messaging that resonate with our target buyer and supports BD MMS
Way of Selling Collaborate with Medical Affairs to ensure that
evidence generation projects meet US region needs including
testimonials, case studies, videos, and webinars Support RFP
content development, and track sales results / forecast EDUCATION
AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications /
Sales, Nursing, or Pharmacy with at least 5 years of related
experience including the launch of products and services. Capital,
software, and services experience highly desirable Experience in
planning, executing, and measuring marketing programs Experience in
supporting and training sales force for new product launches and
on-going sales messaging Experience with "Software As A Service"
model a strong plus REQUIREMENTS: Strong fit with BD values with a

language and communicate effectively to a cross-functional team
Proven ability in a regulated, complex medical device market For
