President & CFO of ELECTEKThe President & CFO of ELECTEK is the head of Electek. Electek provides back of house services for SASCO, the operating company. SASCO is a very successful and profitable Electric and Data contractor. It has been in business for 54 years and up until now "Electek" has been led by the founder and Chairman. It is the founders desire to find a new head of Electek to support SASCO (the builders of projects).The President & CFO of ELECTEK reports only to the Chairman and will collaborate with him to "learn" the business. This requires him to be data driven, have a strong accounting background and be a strong collaborative leader. He/She, will be an important members of the SASCO Team. He/She will direct and manage all overhead expenditures (non-job cost). This includes working closely with the -Directors of Accounting, Custom Computing, IT, Administration, Human Resources, Legal, Safety, Audit, Bonding and Banking, Facilities, and the SASCO Executive Team.

• The objective is to provide management of all functions that SASCO needs and to develop and create reports for SASCO to help them in their execution. Custom Computing creates the reports. They do not develop them. A question is how are they developed?
• This is not a turn-around, so it requires a leader who has done this before, bringing their standards to the table. Their time will be initially focused on learning how the company operates and about what is required.Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate will have served as a CFO or Controller in their career progression
  • Applicants should have a strong general accounting experience.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and the use of Data.
