Job Description:

Job Summary:A construction company looking for Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). The CAO is responsible for overseeing the administrative and financial functions of the company. The CAO reports to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Duties/Responsibilities:--- Reports on the financial state of the company--- Helps to oversees and guides the day-to-day operations--- Manages budgets, contracting, and business negotiations--- Oversees the union reporting and requirements--- Sets goals for departments--- Provides guidance to staff--- Compiles performance reports and reports findings to the management team
Required Skills/Abilities:--- Driven to succeed--- Strategic planner--- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities--- Capable of directing growth, revenue and profit simultaneously--- Ability to recognize early deviations and warning signs--- Leadership skills that coordinate resources, employees and policies--- Communication skills that are persuasive and clear--- Understands and can interpret financials
Education and Experience:--- Experience in fiscal planning, budgeting and execution--- A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration--- Solid experience in an operational position--- Has worked in a union environment--- Understands an ESOP company
