Job Description:
Avery Products Corporation is looking for an experienced *Email
Marketing Manager* who will be responsible for developing the
strategy and vision for our email platform. You will be the subject
matter expert on email and define the role it can play within our
digital consumer experience. You will also manage the day-to-day
implementation to support our business objectives. The Email
Marketing Manager will define, build and manage an email program
that speaks to our various targets, and cultivate relationships
with the consumer database, increase engagement and generate

complete email process for the briefing, development, review and
launch of various emails such as sales promotions, product
highlights, new blog content, etc. on a regular basis.* Build, test
and deploy email campaigns, verifying copy, layout, links, and
dynamic content as well as assessing and addressing any spam
risks.* Formulate and execute email strategy, including goals, and
success metrics to support business objectives and drive engagement
with consumers via email platform.* Manage the end-to-end
segmentation, automation of emails campaigns, from initiating new
emails to building, testing, deployment, and reporting for all
email streams including: marketing campaigns, lifecycle campaigns,
re-engagement, drip and transactional emails.* Collaborate with
Group Manager of Email Marketing, Product Marketing and Digital
Teams to define audiences and communication plans around key market
segments.* Develop and be accountable for KPIs for measuring
ongoing success and constantly evolve email program based on
results.* Identify and recommend email industry best practices and
trends.* Manage the complete email process for the briefing,
development, review and launch of all email requests.* Coordinate
master email communications calendar across product portfolio.*
Develop strategies for all aspects of email marketing - lead
acquisition, conversion, retention, loyalty, etc.* Identify and
integrate new email capabilities to help drive personalization,
desktop vs. mobile adaptations, and content optimizations.* Conduct
quality assurance reviews and delivery testing to ensure the
accuracy of email deployments, as well as monitor the campaign
post-deployment to validate completion.* Troubleshoot technical
issues and consult with IT or vendor technical support to implement
solutions.* Responsible for all email analytics ranging from email
performance, year over year comparisons, and conversion analysis
across all campaigns.* Segment the audience database for maximum
effectiveness of email campaigns and constantly explore new methods
for list growth.* Ensure compliance with spam and privacy laws in
various regions.* Experience running multi variant tests and
regularly monitor performance, to optimize efforts
accordingly*Requirements: ** Bachelor's degree in Marketing,
Computer Science or related field.* 3-5 years experience and
knowledge of " Enterprise level" email platforms or CRM platform
for email campaign building, segmentation, email send automation
and email campaign management - Cordial, Sales Force, Iterable,
etc.* 5 years of experience as a respected leader in email
marketing, digital marketing, and/or multichannel content creation*
Experience with creating compelling messages for different target
demographics* Experience with segmentation of data and working
experience with SQL Query* Proficiency in HTML, with working
knowledge of JSON, CSS and Javascript* Experience with Litmus or
other email testing platform experience* Experience with creative
software Adobe Photoshop preferred* Email best practice (List
Cleaning, Email Size, Timing, A/B testing, QA)* Expertise in web
analytics tools (Google Analytics)* B2B and B2C experience* Project
management skills to manage calendars, creative and data needs and
