  • Plans/specs, scopes, proposals, bid invitations/requirements, GC/client/supplier relations, find solutions to estimating issues, and ensure accurate/successful/timely/efficient estimates that follow company policies/strategies
  • Risk management, contracts, pricing, review work, meet bid deadlines, takeoffs, manage/train other Estimators, conceptual/design-build estimates, and closing/award
  • Manage projects, ensure project timelines/milestones, manage/control jobsite/costs/budgets, lead team onsite, value engineering, and change orders
  • Blueprints, reports/docs, meetings, scheduling, coordination, quality control, safety, and closeout
  • Working with project planning, scheduling, timelines, and cost controlsRequirements:
    • 5+ years of experience managing commercial drywall/metal stud projects
