We celebrate the best in entertainment, technology and culture across our services.We are currently looking for an Accounting Manager to join our growing team, who will be responsible for managing the accounting and tax affair tasks for the company. They will also prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about redefining content through innovation, unconventional thinking, and embracing fun!DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESOwn and Manage the Monthly Accounting close process for all entitiesPrepare Monthly Financial Statements and Account RecsOwn and manage high level key GL accountsProvide guidance and mentoring to AR and AP Staff AccountantsManage and Prepare Monthly Budgeting and ForecastingPrepare Monthly Close Package of Management MetricsReview and approve daily AP and credit card transactionsAble to work in a fast-paced environment and perform under tight schedulesOversee day to day accounting functions such as cash management and AP and ARManage team in monthly general ledger closing and reconciliationsAnalyze financial data to assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecastsMaintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization.Play a key role in working with external auditors.Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.Other duties as necessary under the direction of the CFOREQUIREMENTSKnowledge of US GAAP is required.Working with Korean or International Entities preferredBachelor's Degree Required.7+ years of accounting and finance experience.Advance knowledge and skills of Excel and QuickBooks.Korean proficiency preferred.PERKS & BENEFITSUnlimited Paid Time offHealth InsurancePaid Sick Days and Holidays401KCatered lunch every day at different local cuisines and a kitchen stacked with drinksFree access to many different streaming media sitesCompany parties, free merchandise and much more!ODK Media, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. The reasonable estimated salary for this role at ODK Media Inc ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 plus a competitive package that may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
