Job Description:
As the Kerr/Metrex Global Finance Manager, you will lead the global financial consolidations and reporting of Kerr / Metrex businesses. Responsibilities include forecasting, reporting, annual budgeting process as well as financial submissions to Envista, partner with all business functions to analyze actual results versus expectations and build accurate future expectations, publish monthly standard business performance reports and ad hoc analysis, as well as define and implement standard work processes to drive efficiencies and enable facts/data-based decision making.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting processes, understanding of all key business drivers and creating financial models and analyses.
• Review, analyze and report upon company's sales, margins, expense and operating profits versus plan, prior year and prior forecasts as well as other benchmarks.
• Create, implement and produce monthly reporting package that includes full financial statements, comprehensive KPI reporting, operational Dashboard reporting, analysis of key business trends, and comprehensive executive level explanations of variances and trends.
• Advise business leadership of opportunities and risks impacting business performance.
• Take initiatives and partners with various functions in the organization to resolve issues, enhance systems, business processes as well as integrating research, information, and trends into solutions using EBS tools.
• Network across OpCos to gain insights on business trends and best practices to implement at Kerr/Metrex.
• Perform miscellaneous and/or ad-hoc financial projects, analysis and administrative duties as assigned
• Cross-Train on key responsibilities with team members. Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business; with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role as financial analyst/controller in a multi-site, industrial environment.
  • Must have previous experience with large, automated accounting and reporting systems (Oracle and HFM preferred), including data extract and report compilation.
  • Strong presentation, communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks / projects with strong analytical / problem solving skills are required.
  • Results-oriented with focus on achieving overall business objectives.
  • Strong to advanced MS Excel skill and proficiency with MS Office and systems. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • MBA, a plus.
    • Tableau, a plus
    • Change management oriented (embrace challenges).
    • Possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in completing work assignments and works with sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS:
      • Strong financial acumen, knowledge of US GAAP and experience with P&L and Balance Sheets.
      • Strong communication skills with ability to present analysis and findings in both verbal and written formats to all levels of management.
      • Relevant prior experience of global reporting / forecasting with a multinational organization.

The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
