A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Design.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process to create user-focused web and mobile
experiences for patients
Manage a team of product designers and provide feedback and
support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative
solutions and prioritize user and business needs
Qualifications:
6+ years of product design experience, including launching and
managing successful products
Experience managing and mentoring product designers
Extensive experience in web-based product design
Ability to use data to inform design decisions and build a
data-driven culture
Experience in direct-to-consumer space and designing for customer
acquisition and retention
