Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Advertising (Ad search).
Key Responsibilities:

Comprehend customers' requirements and strategize collaborative success plans
Act as an expert resource for training, troubleshooting, and supporting customers on the platform
Manage clients' advertising budgets and drive success through Ecommerce/Retail Media advertising

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics or related field
5+ years of professional work experience
3+ years of experience in media and advertising engagement with customers
Experience managing Ecommerce/Retail Media marketing budgets
Experience managing Amazon search (AMS)
