Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager for Sales
Development.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and manage SDR business line forecasts with accuracy and
predictability throughout the early stage and pre-sales funnel
Refine and own team pipelines and sales process from marketing
handoff to sales qualified opportunities
Manage and lead a team of SDRs, providing coaching, growth and
development opportunities, and fostering a collaborative and agile
team environment
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's Degree or
equivalent experience
3-5 years of SDR/Sales Leadership and Management experience
Track record of successfully managing a team and supporting growth
opportunities for the individuals on their team
Experience in healthcare/life sciences preferred
Comfortable working in an agile environment
