As a Workforce Management (WFM) Associate, your primary focus will
play a critical role in administering department workforce
activities. You will utilize resources to ensure staffing and
service objectives are met. You will effectively communicate
daily/intraday updates and changes to our internal
stakeholders.

* You demonstrate working knowledge of Workforce Management
systems, with 2 years proficiency in NICE, Pulse or other workforce
management systems preferred.
* You have demonstrated strong working knowledge of Microsoft
Office programs, with special emphasis on Excel, Teams, and
Outlook.
* You have solid communication skills working with stakeholders at
various levels.
* You possess intellectual curiosity and analytical skills in areas
of moderate complexity with a strong attention to detail.
* You demonstrate ability to prioritize assigned work and complete
tasks in a timely manner.
* You have solid judgement in resolving matters of complexity
and/or high sensitivity.
* You will work a hybrid schedule in the office 3 days a week
(Tuesday - Thursday).
* You have the flexibility to work additional time and/or later
shifts as needed.
San Antonio Base Salary Range: $48,509-$77,614
Orange County Base Salary Range: $59,029-$94,446
Hampton Roads Base Salary Range: $49,781-$79,650
Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $51,667-$82,667
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan
guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be
eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's
annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital
contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
