Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewal Manager, Managed Renewals to
join their Sales & Success team.
Key Responsibilities
Execute renewals for customers and maintain product expertise
across the platform
Partner with various departments to secure necessary approvals and
respond to high-impact customer issues
Contribute to achieving team sales retention quotas by identifying
upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or business
services focused on customer retention
Proven experience managing complex enterprise-level accounts
Documented success in contributing to portfolio retention and
growth goals
Experience in SaaS/Software/Technology is preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems is
beneficial
