Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of User Activation to drive
user registration, engagement, and activation within employer
groups for its solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to increase user registration and
ongoing usage of solutions
Utilize data insights to design engagement strategies and improve
user experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create campaigns and
activation toolkits
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in user engagement, marketing, or customer
success in a SaaS or healthcare environment
Experience in driving user activation and engagement with
measurable results
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Health Administration, or
a related field (MBA preferred)
Strong data-driven mindset and project management skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to various
employer needs
