Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deepen relationships with key accounts, identifying
growth opportunities
Ensure seamless customer experiences by educating and training new
accounts and proactively addressing potential issues
Collaborate with sales to develop strategies for growth within high
potential accounts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as
customer/client success, account management, or sales
Experience in healthcare is a plus
Proven track record of solving complex customer-facing problems
Knowledge of Salesforce and other relevant tools is highly
desirable
