A company is looking for a Manager of Operations Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate collaboration across various teams to conduct needs
assessments and identify shared objectives
Manage project requests, ensuring effective tracking, reporting,
and communication with stakeholders
Lead special projects and coordinate funder correspondence and
annual contributions
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of relevant project management experience, with strong
technology skills
3 years of experience with Salesforce in a relevant role
2 years of experience in fundraising operations
Experience in managing complex projects focused on data management
and systems analysis
Proven ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
with minimal supervision
