--- Oversee and direct all aspects of the Family Medicine Residency Program
--- Ensure compliance with ACGME and institutional accreditation standards
--- Develop and implement a curriculum that supports resident education
--- Recruit, develop, and mentor faculty members
--- Oversee the resident selection process
--- Monitor resident performance and implement performance improvement plans
--- Facilitate scholarly activity among faculty and residents
--- Develop and oversee program policies and procedures
--- Maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
--- Serve as a mentor and role model for residents
--- Ensure financial and operational efficiency of the residency programSchedule and Shift Details
--- Monday-Friday work schedule, 8 hours shifts.Travel:
