Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior VP of Operations (Debt Settlement) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction in debt settlement
Oversee daily operations, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and integrate technology to optimize workflows and decision-making
Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a high-performance accountability and continuous improvement culture

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience
Minimum of five years of experience in a senior operational role within the debt settlement, debt management, or debt collections industry
Proven track record of managing debt resolution and/or collection strategies and improving operational performance
Proficiency in financial management software and operational systems; experience with technology tools relevant to debt management is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and identifying opportunities for improvement
