Key Responsibilities
Enhance the onboarding journey to engage new hires and align them
with business goals
Create and curate learning programs that promote a growth-focused
culture
Design innovative learning experiences using data and workforce
insights
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Learning & Development in dynamic
environments
Proficiency in instructional design across various modalities
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence
stakeholders
Strong program management skills focused on execution and
results
Preferred degree in Human Resources, Leadership, Education,
Business, Psychology, or a related field
