Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Client Services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
and retention
Monitor service delivery to meet contractual requirements and
troubleshoot any related issues
Collaborate with teams to upsell services and acquire new clients
while ensuring operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Prior client management experience with a proven track record of
client satisfaction
5 years of experience in managing and leading teams
Strong financial acumen and data analytic capabilities
Ability to meet essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA,
and other standards
Experience in project management and performance measurement
