Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Professional Services to
lead and oversee consultants while ensuring successful client
engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their business
objectives are met
Oversee the execution of client implementations, ensuring projects
are completed on time and within budget
Lead and mentor the professional services team, fostering a culture
of collaboration and accountability
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in customer experience and delivery, with at
least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of implementation processes and project management
methodologies
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment
Experience in SaaS or technology-based services is a plus
