Job Description:
A company is looking for a Federal Market Solution Development
Manager to support business development efforts by designing
complex health services solutions for federal government
customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive solutions that meet federal customer needs
using Optum Serve's business assets
Engage with internal and external partners to translate
capabilities into operational processes for federal contracts
Manage solution development, including documentation and
compliance, while assessing risks and contributing to mitigation
strategies
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
2+ years of experience in product development, marketing, solution
sales, or operational delivery in a healthcare organization
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including
operations, IT, sales, and proposals
