Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Learning & Development
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on complex company
initiatives supporting organizational L&D
Design and deliver leadership and manager development
initiatives
Analyze learning data and feedback to identify improvement
opportunities and implement action plans
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with 5+ years in
a leadership role
Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership
development programs
Strong background in talent management, including career
development and mentoring
Experience in delivering learning in remote environments across
multiple modalities
Experience in global or regulated environments (e.g., pharma, life
sciences) is a plus
