Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Architecture, responsible
for leading the business architecture analyst team and driving
strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide mentorship and technical guidance regarding the federal
technology landscape
Establish and manage short and long-term goals for the business
architecture analyst team
Oversee departmental policies, performance reviews, and employee
training and development
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in technology roles such as Software
Engineering, Architecture, or Product Management
3+ years of experience in software delivery for Federal clients,
including the Department of Defense
3+ years of experience in defining and driving technical direction
for strategic initiatives
2+ years of experience leading technology teams in software design
and delivery
United States Citizenship and eligibility for a security
clearance
