Job Description:
A company is looking for a Cost Data Manager to support Job
Order Contracting efforts through data management and
analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Create a framework for data collection, automation, and product
initiatives
Update and expand cost database records and improve usability of
the UPB
Manage collaboration with estimators, architects, and engineers to
enhance project outcomes
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction
Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related
field; Master's degree preferred
Experience with design and/or construction of various project types
preferred
Basic knowledge of construction methods, costs, and material
costing
Knowledge in data management and estimating
