Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to
enhance customer success in cloud financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate and prioritize customer feature requests into product
feature requests
Own the adoption, implementation, and enablement of the platform
for customers
Build trust with customers through deep knowledge and effective
communication
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or post-sales
technical account manager role
Understanding of cloud financial management topics and major cloud
service providers
Experience working with Managed Service Providers is a plus
FinOps Certified Practitioner or strong interest in FinOps
Ability to work remotely within the Continental USA time zone
