A company is looking for a Senior Launch Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee a portfolio of projects for clients from Sales hand-off to
launch
Manage client expectations and drive product adoption
Create and manage project artifacts and track deliverables across
teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing implementations for SaaS or
Enterprise clients
Understanding of APIs, HTML, and network security
Experience configuring applications or platforms
Proven ability to coordinate multiple Client-facing projects
simultaneously
Experience collaborating across multiple teams to ensure completion
of deliverables
