Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Management Specialist 3.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project and program plans, ensuring alignment
with organizational objectives
Prepare schedules, reports, and monitor metrics; manage change
activities and communicate updates regularly throughout the
lifecycle of programs or projects
Oversee change management processes and communicate decisions and
best practices to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration,
or a related field
6+ years experience in Workforce Management, including resource
allocation and business insights
Proven experience building custom reporting solutions (Power BI,
Business Objects, Workday Adaptive Planning, etc.)
Proven experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or other HRIS
resource planning applications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed
studies and risk assessments
