Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Practice Director to lead
their national Automation Consulting team.
Key Responsibilities
Drive growth through collaboration with sales teams and practice
SMEs, engaging in all sales aspects
Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders to identify
growth opportunities and deliver value
Oversee strategic programs and project delivery, ensuring
profitability and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in IT Leadership or IT Consulting
Certifications in ServiceNow System Administration and ServiceNow
Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and related
technologies
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and
features
Experience with revenue forecasting and strategic planning
