As the Store Manager, you will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and products, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves engaging with customers on the sales floor and working with your team to drive sales. • Utilize your brilliance across talent, brand, operations, and customer experience to ensure visual merchandising, operational efficiency, and talent development are executed effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance retail environment, results-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating care.
  • Ability to connect and charm with people at all levels.
  • Sharp business acumen with analytical skills to deliver positive results.
  • Skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing teams, with succession planning experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
  • At least 18 years old with proof of identity and work eligibility.
  • Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.Benefits and Compensation:
