St. Jude Heritage Medical Group is seeking a full-time and experienced nurse practitioner to join its Cardiology team at a clinic in Fullerton, California. This is a highly independent position where you will be working with heart failure, stroke, COPD, kidney failure and complex critical ill patients that transfer into Palliative and Hospice Care.
