Social Worker- Ambulatory Behavioral Health
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all

Location: Fullerton, CA
Work Schedule: Full time - 80 Biweekly Hours
Shift: 8-hour, Days
The Licensed Behavioral Health Specialist (BHS) is a key behavioral
health provider embedded as a core member of the multi-disciplinary
integrated care team, led by the primary care provider, and
including clinical nursing staff, case management, pharmacy and
psychiatrists. The role of the BHS is to help the primary care
provider and team improve their effectiveness and efficiency in
managing the whole patient, focusing on the mental, behavioral and
psychosocial challenges that often emerge in the primary care
setting.
