Fullerton Regional Veterinary Hospital is a busy, privately owned full-service hospital offering a wide range of services. Fullerton Regional is approximately 3,200 sqft and offers hospitalization, mobile board-certified orthopedic surgeries, house calls, cold laser therapy, as well as soft tissue surgeries and medicine. We also offer digital radiology, mobile board-certified ultrasonography, in-house board-certified cardiology, in-house board-certified endoscopy, in-house diagnostics, and a full double surgical suite. We are located on a busy street near major freeways and close to nearby Disneyland and Knotts, and just minutes away from Downtown Fullerton and many restaurants! We are looking for a friendly & fun, efficient, and hardworking associate veterinarian for part-time or full-time work who has experience, but open to considering a new graduate too (mentorship would be available for any new grads joining our practice!).This candidate should be a skilled, confident, team player interested in small animal medicine (exotic experience a plus, but not required!). Someone who has great interpersonal skills and bedside manner, problem-solving skills, and gets along well with clients and staff and is looking for a great work-life balance! We are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality medicine and surgery while also emphasizing great client communication and education. A typical shift for our doctors would include wellness and sick appointments, some rare walk-ins (we are by appointment only), surgeries, and hospitalized cases. We use Cornerstone software, Idexx Laboratories, and are a paper-light hospital. We are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturdays from 8am to 1pm (Saturdays are split between the doctors, so each doctor only works 1-2 Saturdays per month!); closed on Sundays. We pride ourselves with the great support staff and amazing clientele and following that we have. We have very skilled technicians and veterinary assistants that do all the technical work so you can focus on the doctor specific tasks you need to do! We also have a great front staff full of friendly and experienced receptionists. Our clients have come to join us from all over Southern California, from the OC and San Diego, to San Bernardino county, and LA county and even some out-of-state clients from Arizona and Nevada!
